The transmission and/or torque converter serviced or replaced by Quick Transmission are warranted against defect in material and workmanship, and, in the event of a malfunction, will be repaired or replaced without charge for the period of time or mileage set forth, whichever first occurs. Unless otherwise stated, repairs are guaranteed for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This guarantee will only be honored if the vehicle is returned to Quick Transmission for the necessary guarantee work. Warranty will be honored at Quick Transmission only, unless otherwise authorized. Vehicle must be brought to Quick Transmission by you, unless otherwise authorized. Except as may be otherwise provided by state or federal law; warrantor assumes no responsibility for consequential damages, or incidental expenses resulting from any defect or malfunction. Any unauthorized service, damage caused by mud, snow, accident, abuse or water damage caused by any component not part of the transmission or torque converter shall void this Warranty. This Warranty shall not apply to commercial or rental vehicles or to vehicles modified beyond manufacturer’s standard production specifications. Damage to this transmission caused by faulty electrical components, i.e. computers, solenoids, or sensors, shall void this warranty. There is no warranty on electrical components.
